Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking RN Manager

• Surgery for an exciting Travel or Local job in Portsmouth, NH.

Responsibilities Manage day-to-day OR operations including scheduling, staffing, and patient flow Supervise Clinical Coordinators and support departmental growth initiatives Conduct patient rounding and ensure excellent patient satisfaction outcomes Assist with staff competency development and educational initiatives Participate in admission and discharge coordination processes Interview, hire, train, and mentor staff members Conduct employee evaluations and implement performance improvement plans Counsel staff and manage disciplinary actions when necessary Ensure compliance with hospital policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes and quality metrics Assist the Surgical Services Director with budgeting and operational planning Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support quality patient care Qualifications Active NH RN License 1-3 years of RN Operating Room experience Leadership experience within Surgical Services Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred Strong RN Operating Room Charge Nurses with leadership potential will also be considered For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
