Full-Time | Nashua, NH Greater Nashua Mental Health is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Mental Health Court Coordinator to lead the Community Connections/Mental Health Court Program serving the Nashua and Merrimack District Courts. This role works closely with criminal justice and behavioral health professionals to support participant success, coordinate treatment services, ensure program fidelity, and oversee outpatient mental health programming. Anthony Legere recruitment@gnmhc.org 603-402-1594 603-889-6147 ext 1594 Key Responsibilities Lead multidisciplinary team meetings including weekly court reviews and monthly policy meetings. Provide weekly clinical supervision to the Mental Health Court Therapist and Case Manager. Oversee screening, assessment, entry into Mental Health Court, and treatment placement. Ensure therapist and case manager meet productivity, KPI, and documentation requirements. Monitor participant adherence to treatment and serve as liaison to the court. Ensure timely and accurate reporting and database management. Develop and implement group programming for Mental Health Court participants. Attend stakeholder meetings and collaborate with justice and behavioral health partners. Provide direct clinical, case management, or evaluation services as assigned. Promote the program through presentations and community outreach. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related behavioral health field. 3 to 5 years of relevant behavioral health experience. NH license or license eligibility required. Strong leadership and supervision skills. Knowledge of the legal system and court processes. Experience with Motivational Interviewing, DBT, and CBT. Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Valid driver license, reliable transportation, and insurance required.
