Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Patient Experience Coordinator to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will serve as a frontline ambassador for patient engagement, ensuring each individual receives exceptional service from their first contact through their entire care journey. Your energetic approach will help foster a welcoming environment, streamline administrative processes, and enhance overall patient satisfaction. You will be responsible for coordinating patient interactions, managing medical records, and supporting clinical staff with administrative tasks—all while maintaining strict adherence to healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care experience in a fast-paced medical setting. Duties Greet patients warmly at the front desk, providing excellent customer service and guiding them through check-in procedures Manage electronic health records Schedule appointments using medical office management software, coordinate follow-up visits, and handle cancellations or rescheduling requests Review and verify medical documentation for completeness and accuracy Assist with billing processes by collecting payments, processing insurance claims, and following up on outstanding balances while maintaining HIPAA compliance Communicate effectively via phone and in person with patients regarding appointment details, insurance questions, or follow-up instructions while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills Join our team to help create a positive experience for every patient! Pay:
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 - 32.0 per week
