Insurance Coordinator/ Treatment Coordinator - Dental Office Blairstown Smile Studio Full-Time / Part-Time Available We are a modern, tech-driven private dental practice seeking an experienced Insurance Coordinator/ Treatment Coordinator to join our team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care in a warm, team-oriented environment where both staff and patients feel like family. What You'll Do Verify patient insurance benefits and eligibility Submit and track insurance claims (PPO focus) Follow up on outstanding claims and appeals Accurately post insurance payments and adjustments Communicate clearly with patients regarding coverage, estimates, and balances Coordinate with front desk and clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies and billing practices What We're Looking For Minimum 2-3 years of dental insurance/billing experience (required) Strong understanding of PPO insurance plans and claim workflows Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Confident communicator with patients and insurance companies Experience with dental software (Dentrix preferred) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join Us Supportive, family-like team culture Modern, technology-forward office Consistent schedule and organized systems Opportunity to grow with a thriving private practice Competitive compensation based on experience If you're someone who takes ownership, communicates well, and knows how to keep insurance running smoothly behind the scenes, we'd love to meet you.
