09/07/2026 Job Description Job Description DME Customer Service & Patient Scheduling Coordinator (Part-Time) Precise Medical Care Services, LLC is a locally owned Durable Medical Equipment (DME) provider serving patients throughout New Jersey. We specialize in CPAP, oxygen, respiratory, and home medical equipment, and we are looking for a dependable, organized, and patient-focused individual to join our team.
Position:
DME Customer Service & Patient Scheduling Coordinator Schedule:
Part-Time (25-30 hours per week) Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously. Schedule patient appointments and coordinate equipment deliveries. Communicate effectively with patients, physicians' offices, and referral sources. Assist with administrative and office support duties. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Help ensure a positive patient experience from intake through equipment delivery. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working for a Durable Medical Equipment (DME) company. Experience with a CPAP, respiratory, or home medical equipment provider is highly preferred. Insurance verification experience is a strong plus. Experience using DME software is a plus. Experience with the ePrescribing platform is a plus. Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment. Comfortable using computers and standard office software. Compensation Competitive compensation based on experience.
