NJ LCADC
Active NJ LCSW or LPC ACS and/or CCS credential 5+ years of substance use/co-occurring treatment experience 5+ years of mental health counseling experience Staff management and leadership experience Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills All licenses and certifications must be active and in good standing in NJ Key Responsibilities Lead clinical and administrative operations for addiction services Oversee Partial Care, IOP, and OP programs Supervise, mentor, and develop clinical staff Review assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge documentation Maintain clinical and documentation standards Support NJ DMHAS, Medicaid, managed care, and organizational compliance Participate in Quality Assurance and performance improvement Collaborate with clinical, medical, admissions, and operations teams Support staff training, program development, and improved patient outcomes Preferred Experience Clinical leadership or supervisory experience Partial Care, PHP, IOP, and/or OP experience Co-occurring/dual-diagnosis populations Knowledge of
