Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Medical Practice Manager to oversee operations across our two local office locations. Our clinical team consists of 1 MD and 1 APN, supported by 3 Physician Assistants (PAs), 1 Scheduler, and 1 Internal Billing Coordinator. We partner with a third-party billing agency for revenue cycle management. The incoming Manager will be responsible for synchronizing team workflows, holding our outside billing vendor accountable, and leveraging Tebra and Weave to ensure a frictionless patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
    Multi-Site Resource Allocation:
    Deploy a lean team across two offices, ensuring both locations have phone coverage, check-in staff, and clinical support.
      Vendor & Revenue Management:
      Manage the relationship with our third-party billing agency. Audit aged A/R and clearinghouse dashboards in Tebra to maximize clean claim rates.
        Clinical Compliance & Charting:
        Monitor the 3 PAs to ensure notes are thoroughly completed and charts are locked timely in Tebra.
          Communication Optimization:
          Maximize Weave automations (two-way texting, missed call text-back, review requests) to lower no-show rates and maintain seamless phone operations.
            Team Leadership:
            Train, schedule, and lead the administrative and support team, fostering a cooperative cross-office culture.
            Qualifications:
            • Minimum 3-5 years of medical practice management experience, preferably overseeing multi-site clinics or lean teams.
            • Direct, hands-on proficiency with Tebra (Kareo) and Weave is highly preferred.
            • Strong understanding of medical billing workflows and vendor accountability.
            • Excellent problem-solving skills and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude to support the team when needed.
            Pay:
            $35.00 - $38.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
