Clinical Director

Job Description

Job Overview Freedom House is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Director to lead our behavioral health and mental health services. In this pivotal role, you will oversee clinical operations, ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, and foster a collaborative environment for our multidisciplinary team. Your leadership will drive excellence in clinical practices, compliance with healthcare regulations, and innovative treatment approaches. Duties Ensures that treatment services are provided as per State Licensure Requirements, agency policy, CARF Accreditation Standards, and as identified by county, State and Federal regulatory and legitimating agencies. Responsible for the oversight, supervision and quality assurance of clinical services, including both record keeping and the delivery of services. Assists in the hiring, firing, training, and evaluation of clinical staff, and provides Clinical Supervision in compliance with State Licensure regulations, agency policy, and best practices (SAMHSA TIP 52) Reviews treatment plans, case notes and written correspondence in order to verify that such documents are in accordance with State Licensure Standards, agency policy (may include the Medicaid Compliance Plan), and meets county, State, and Federal agency regulations and standards. Monitors the electronic health records and oversees the auditing of the clinical charts to ensure adherence to Licensure standards, County, State, and Federal regulations and statutes Facilitates team Case Conference Review meetings; participates in Multi-Disciplinary Team Meetings to ensure coordinated implementation of treatment plans and service utilization. Qualifications Master's degree in psychology, social work, or counseling or equivalent work experience, and licensed as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), Social Worker (LCSW), or professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of New Jersey, CCS (Certified Clinical Supervisor) Required.
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
