This Isn't Just a Front Desk Job A great patient experience starts long before someone enters the treatment room. It begins with the first phone call, the first welcome, and the confidence a patient feels knowing they are in the right place. As a Patient Care Coordinator , you will play an important role in helping patients feel supported, informed, and cared for throughout their experience with our clinic. You will help keep the front office organized, answer patient questions, coordinate scheduling, assist with insurance authorizations, and ensure communication flows smoothly between patients, therapists, and the rest of the team. What You'll Receive Salary:
$20.00-$23.00 per hour Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunities 401(k) Health Insurance Paid Time Off Supportive and Positive Work Environment Hands-On Training Opportunity to Begin or Grow Your Career A Team That Works Hard and Has Fun Together What You'll Do Patient Experience and Front Office Support Greet and welcome patients in a friendly, professional, and service-oriented manner Create a positive first impression for every patient who contacts or visits the clinic Respond to patient questions over the phone and in person Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their experience Scheduling and Communication Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling appointments Communicate clearly with patients regarding appointments and clinic processes Work closely with the Office Manager to maintain open communication between the front desk and therapists Help ensure patient needs are communicated and addressed promptly Intake and Payment Support Assist new patients with completing intake paperwork Accurately save and organize documents within the electronic medical record system Collect and record patient payments Maintain accurate and organized patient information Insurance and Administrative Support Assist the Office Manager with coordinating patient insurance authorizations Help maintain accurate documentation and administrative records Support the front office with additional administrative responsibilities as needed Clinic and Team Support Assist Physical Therapists by providing necessary clinical supplies upon request Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment Support the team wherever needed to ensure patients receive excellent care You're a Great Fit If You Have an outgoing, friendly, and positive personality Enjoy helping people and making them feel welcome Are self-motivated and have a history of getting things done Communicate clearly and professionally Are dependable, organized, and willing to learn Can work hard while maintaining a positive attitude Enjoy being part of a supportive and collaborative team Are looking for a great place to begin your career or continue building your experience Previous medical office or front desk experience is helpful, but it is not required.
