Job Description
ED Navigator/Clinical Coordinator Job Summary The Emergency Department Navigator / Clinical Coordinator serves as a key support role within the Emergency Department, assisting with patient navigation, orthopedic and motor vehicle accident (MVA) cases, patient experience initiatives, departmental organization, and clinical operations. This position works closely with Emergency Department leadership, physicians, nursing staff, ancillary departments, and other members of the healthcare team to promote efficient patient care, effective communication, appropriate follow-up, and a positive patient experience.
