benefits:medicaldentalvision401kpaid time offOur client in the Long Island area is seeking an experienced Practice Administrator (Manager) to oversee the daily operations of a busy, patient-focused medical office. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on healthcare leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence while supporting both patients and staff. Depending on experience, this role is paying between $110,000-120,000 base. This role is in office Monday-Friday 8-5pm. ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations of a busy practice seeing approximately 75-100 patients dailyManage, coach, and develop a team of approximately 35 administrative and clinical support staffPartner closely with the Operations Director to ensure efficient practice operations and continuous process improvementHandle employee relations matters, performance management, coaching, and staff developmentLead onboarding and ongoing training initiativesAssist with billing, accounting, and other administrative functions as neededMonitor workflows, staffing, and office procedures to maximize efficiency and enhance the patient experienceFoster a collaborative, positive, and accountable team environmentEnsure compliance with organizational policies and healthcare regulations
