Job Summary:
The Director of Center for Clinical Practice is responsible for development, monitoring and oversight of clinical practice and clinical educational programming specific to Englewood Health's s clinical roles, including but not limited to, Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nursing, Radiology, Respiratory, Rehabilitation, Pharmacy, Laboratory and other all other clinical roles. This position will lead the Center for Clinical Practice (CCP) in practice change efforts, utilizing the ANCC Magnet framework, to promote the professional development, engagement, systems and processes of multidisciplinary staff at all levels. Provides oversight for the clinical affiliations of schools of nursing. The Director of the Center for Clinical Practice also accountable for the leadership, planning and coordination of programs to drive business goals, and cultivating a professional practice environment.Department:

A minimum of five (5) years of proven progressive leadership experience Considerable knowledge of current patient care and management principles, practices, and procedures Experience in nursing professional development, professional practice structures, and processes: care delivery systems, evidence-based practice, research, and quality monitoring and improvement High-level knowledge and experience with executing strategic programs to drive business success Ability to deliver educational content Sensitivity for and understanding of clinical disciplines and issues Knowledge of adult learning principles Ability to assess educational needs, design educational activities and evaluate educational outcomes Ability to communicate effectively with diverse individualsEducation Requirements:
BSN required. Masters in Nursing or relevant field required. DNP or PhD preferred.License/Certification/Registry:
Current NJ RN License and BLS required. Specialty certification required Englewood Health job postings provide a minimum rate to comply with new Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation.
