Job Summary:
Responsible for coordinating the activities of personnel engaged in registration and pre-authorization functions. Plan, direct and coordinate the operations of the Patient Access Service. Manage staff for optimum performance.

Job Essentials:
A minimum of two (2) years of patient registration and/or pre-authorization functions experience required A minimum of one year (1) of experience leading or supervising others and/or managing processes required Knowledge of CPT, ICD, HCPCS and/or drug codes required Strong interpersonal skills in order to effectively lead a work group and interact with all levels of Medical Center staff, physicians, patients, insurance companies, etc. when dealing with registration process Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to interpret and enforce policies and procedures
Education Requirements:
HS Diploma or GED required Associate's or higher preferred Englewood Health job postings provide a minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.
Annual Salary Range:
$50,000 to $60,000
