Aesthetic Center of New Jersey takes pride in delivering fully customized, high-performance, results-driven treatments for a wide range of cosmetic concerns and conditions. Aesthetic Center of New Jersey has an opening for a full time Patient Experience Coordinator to serve as our patients' first point of contact and manage their experience at our aesthetic center. If you are organized, friendly and have excellent communication skills, we would love to meet you. Responsibilities Greet, check in, and check out patients and guests in a friendly, professional manner. Proficiently answer questions regarding treatments and technologies in detail. Assist guests and accommodate their requests. Answer phone calls in an elevated, hospitable manner and follow up with patients via phone and/or email. Assist guests with scheduling appointments in-person and by phone or email. Keep accurate records and maintain an organized environment. Collaborate efficiently and effectively with other team members to ensure a smooth experience for all patients. Track inventory and ordering of supplies and products. Communicate with employees, providers, and management to optimize customer service and ensure smooth operation of the aesthetic center. Contribute to social media accounts (Instagram and Facebook). Record, organize, create, and edit content (photos and videos) for social media accounts. Requirements Should have experience in a medspa, dermatology, or plastic surgery practice. Must be interested in learning about and educating patients about aesthetics. Bonus points for existing knowledge. Must be energetic, friendly, hospitable, and a team player.
