Full Job Description Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement personalized fitness programs for clients based on their individual goals and needs
  • Conduct fitness assessments and track clients' progress over time
  • Provide guidance and support to clients during their workouts to ensure proper form and technique
  • Educate clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits to enhance their overall wellness
  • Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
  • Maintain a clean and organized workout environment
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with students or individuals of various ages and fitness levels
  • Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and physiology
  • Certification in personal training or a related field (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM)
  • Additional certifications in specific areas such as karate, lifeguarding, climbing, basketball, behavior management, childcare, swimming, or sports coaching are a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt workouts to accommodate clients with different abilities or limitations
  • Passion for helping others improve their health and well-being
