The Nurse Manager will oversee daily clinical operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and support staff development within a multidisciplinary environment. This role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise in behavioral health, and a commitment to fostering a safe and therapeutic atmosphere for patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support nursing staff in delivering patient-centered care Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and administrative teams to coordinate care Monitor staffing levels, performance, and professional development Promote a culture of safety, empathy, and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
Current RN license (State of New Jersey) Previous behavioral health nursing experience, preferably inpatient care Prior leadership or management experience strongly preferred Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
