We combine advanced technology, comprehensive and minimally invasive dentistry, and a highly personalized approach to patient care. We're building a modern front desk-less experience where technology handles more of the routine transactions so our team can spend more time doing what technology cannot—listening, solving problems, building relationships, and making patients feel genuinely cared for. We're looking for an experienced, polished professional who brings the service mindset of premium hospitality to healthcare and wants to help us redefine what a dental visit can feel like. What You'll Do  Create an exceptional patient experience—from the first phone call through the completion of each visit.  Manage complex scheduling for doctors, hygienists, and specialty care while protecting an efficient, productive schedule.  Answer patient calls with warmth, confidence, and professionalism; understand what the patient needs and guide them to the appropriate next step.  Coordinate appointments, schedule changes, cancellations, short-notice openings, and patient follow-up.  Anticipate patient needs, recognize concerns or anxiety, and resolve problems before they become complaints.  Work closely with our doctors, hygienists, assistants, and administrative team to create seamless patient handoffs and ensure details don't fall through the cracks. What You'll Need  2+ years of relevant experience in a dental practice, healthcare environment, premium hospitality, or another high-touch client-service setting.  Exceptional customer-service and interpersonal skills.  Strong telephone communication skills—you should be comfortable listening, guiding conversations, and helping patients make decisions.  Excellent scheduling, organizational, and time-management ability.  Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.  Confidence working in a fast-moving environment where priorities sometimes change.  Comfort learning and using technology, digital communication, and automated systems.  A genuine sense of ownership: when you see something that needs attention, your instinct is to help solve it. Nice to Haves  Previous dental front-office, scheduling, patient-coordination, treatment- coordination, or healthcare experience.  Eaglesoft experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate.  Experience in luxury hospitality, concierge healthcare, aesthetic medicine, private clubs, luxury retail, high-end restaurants, or another premium service environment.  Familiarity with dental terminology and treatment scheduling. Benefits & Perks  4-day full-time workweek  401(k) with 6% Safe Harbor contribution/match  Profit-sharing plan  Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance eligibility after one year, with 50% of the premium paid by the practice  Dental benefits  Opportunity to learn and grow within a highly advanced, technology-forward private practice  A work environment where excellent patient care, hospitality, teamwork, and professional development are valued Compensation & Location 
