We specialize in medical aesthetics, regenerative medicine, and advanced hair restoration treatments designed to help our patients look and feel their absolute best. We are seeking a driven, personable, and ambitious Aesthetic Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, educating patients, and helping them achieve their aesthetic and wellness goals while being rewarded through a highly competitive commission structure. What You'll Do Conduct consultations for hair restoration, skincare, and aesthetic treatment programs Educate patients on treatment options including: Stem Cell & Regenerative Hair Restoration Exosome Therapy PDRN Skin & Hair Treatments Botox & Neurotoxins Dermal Fillers Biostimulators Medical-Grade Skincare Skin Rejuvenation Programs Develop customized treatment plans based on patient goals Follow up with leads and prospective patients Convert consultations into treatment packages and memberships Build long-term patient relationships and encourage retention Maintain accurate patient notes and CRM records Collaborate closely with providers and clinical staff Qualifications Previous sales experience required Medspa, aesthetics, cosmetic, beauty, luxury retail, wellness, or healthcare sales experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a passion for achieving goals Professional appearance and demeanor Comfortable discussing pricing, financing, and treatment recommendations Interest in aesthetics, skincare, hair restoration, and wellness What We Offer Competitive base hourly wage Highly competitive uncapped commission structure Significant earning potential for high performers Employee discounts on treatments and skincare Ongoing training in advanced regenerative and aesthetic treatments Career growth opportunities within a rapidly growing luxury aesthetic brand Professional Development We are committed to investing in our team. Compensation:
