Job Description

Directly supervise four core personnel: Payroll/Administrative Lead, two Frontline Clinical Managers, and a vacant Billing Director position (which the Administrator will assist in hiring and onboarding). Manage the training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and alignment of 55 clinical and administrative staff members across all three practice locations. Implement structured workflows to ensure a high-quality patient experience across a busy practice averaging approximately 1,500 deliveries per year. Financial & Benefits Management Oversee and optimize the annual operating budgets, practice expenditures, and revenue cycle performance in tandem with the billing department. Manage and administer practice-wide corporate benefits, healthcare packages, and corporate 401(k) plans. Oversee the practice's comprehensive medical malpractice policies and ensure flawless regulatory compliance across all entities. Physician Relations & Hospital Coordination Manage hospital call arrangements and operational alignment with Monmouth Medical Center. Oversee physician scheduling, templates, and complex call rotations to minimize disruptions and optimize clinic resource utilization. Act as the primary liaison between practice staff, management, and the physician leadership, delivering transparent reporting on operational health.
Physician recruitment:
Involved with reviewing candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing searches Reviews practice policies including employee handbook, compliance, PTO, etc.
