We're looking for a positive, dependable, and motivated team member to join our established dental practice in a unique cross-trained role. This is a great opportunity for someone who doesn't want to be limited to just one position. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside our clinical team while also learning and supporting the administrative side of the practice. What Makes This Position Different? You won't just be 'the assistant' or 'the front desk person.' We're looking for someone who wants to understand how a great dental practice works from back to front. Depending on the needs of the day, you may be helping chairside, turning over rooms, supporting sterilization, welcoming patients, answering phones, assisting with scheduling, or helping the administrative team keep the day running smoothly. What You'll Be Doing Support the doctors and clinical team with dental assisting duties Prepare and turn over treatment rooms Assist with sterilization and clinical organization Welcome and check in patients Help with phones, scheduling, and patient communication Support check-out and other administrative responsibilities Help wherever needed to keep the patient experience and schedule flowing Learn both the clinical and business sides of the practice Be a true team player who notices what needs to be done and jumps in We'd Love to Meet You If You Are Warm, friendly, and comfortable communicating with patients Dependable and looking for a consistent Monday, Wednesday, Friday schedule Organized and able to shift priorities throughout the day Someone who enjoys learning and wants to be cross-trained A team player who is comfortable helping both clinically and administratively Positive, proactive, and willing to jump in without always having to be asked Interested in becoming a valuable, versatile member of a dental team Dental experience is preferred, particularly dental assisting experience, but we also value attitude, work ethic, communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
