Position Summary:

We are a rapidly expanding home health agency seeking a highly professional, dynamic, and growth-oriented Home Health Coordinator & Marketer. This hybrid role balances critical operational coordination with strategic community outreach. You will serve as the primary liaison between our patients, home health aides, and insurance companies, ensuring seamless care delivery and policy compliance while actively driving new patient growth. Key Responsibilities Care Coordination:

Match, schedule, and communicate with patients and home health aides to guarantee optimal care delivery and scheduling compliance.

Growth & Marketing Outreach:

Develop relationships with local medical centers, senior communities, and referral sources to market our agency's services and expand our client base.

Administrative Oversight:

Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR), complete intake documentation, and track key operational growth metrics

Qualifications & Skills Exceptional Interpersonal Skills:

Natural ability to build trust, communicate empathetically with patients, manage personnel (aides), and negotiate professionally with corporate insurance partners.

Strong Technical Proficiency:

Highly skilled with computers, including office software (MS Office/Google Workspace), data entry, and a quick aptitude for learning specialized healthcare scheduling/EHR software.

Professional Demeanor:

Highly organized, punctual, and articulate, with a strong internal drive to succeed and grow with the organization.

Education:

Open to ambitious newly graduated individuals (Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Business degrees are a plus) who want to build a long-term career.
