Job Description

Atlantic Health (AH) is seeking a full-time Program Manager to support the H1B Department of Labor (DOL) Nursing Expansion Grant known as the Pathways to Ensure Access to Clinical Excellence in Nursing (PEACE) Program. This is a grant funded position through May 2028.
Essential Responsibilities:
Track and maintain PEACE Program documents, policies, flyers and other supporting program documents. Facilitate and schedule all PEACE Program. Meetings and develop and maintain meeting minutes. Compile data for the PEACE Grant Quarterly Performance Reports (QPR) and Quarterly Narrative Report (QNR) Report. Once finalized, upload the QPR and QNR into the Workforce Integrated Performance System (WIPS). Maintain the PEACE Program webpage on the Compass. Correspond with and support the PEACE Program employer, academic, and community partners to ensure timely and accurate time and effort reporting. Maintain documents on the

Program Teams site.
Operational Responsibilities:
Facilitate calendars for all essential PEACE Program meetings and initiatives. Create requisitions and payment follow through for all PEACE Program contracts including subaward payments, contracts, and invoices. Schedule meetings, room reservations, food ordering, notifications, etc. for the PEACE Program team meetings and events. Prepare executive level communication, prepare meeting agendas, prepare PowerPoint presentations, maintain minutes, and develop triggers for all essential follow-up items.
Support travel arrangements:
flights, hotels, conference registration, transportation, etc. for PEACE Team as needed. Maintain an organized general office, mail, and supply ordering - create filing mechanism Participate in all DOL H1B Nursing Expansion trainings and essential events. Prepare all time and effort documents, invoices and attestations ensuring all signatures are obtained and scanned to Atlantic Center for Research (ACR) Financial Analyst. Ensure all

documents are maintained both electronically and a paper backup. Expedite expense reimbursement and check requests. Maintain RedCap database and upload into WIPS quarterly ensuring data is reviewed and errors corrected prior to upload. Prepare Time and Effort excel timesheets monthly, distribute, collect, review and revise, as needed, and obtain signatures. Manage grant budget ensuring accurate and timely monthly invoices. Communicate with ACR to ensure compliance with all grant regulatory policies and procedures. Education Bachelor's degree required. (Health Science, Data Management, Public Health) Master's degree preferred Relevant Experience Strong work tenure: 3-5 years of experience supporting health systems project work. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook), Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Vizio, Adobe Acrobat, GANTT, database management, and Social Media. Ability to learn and utilize advancing technology, including artificial intelligence. Ability to demonstrate service centric behaviors. Strong interest in understanding the workflow and deliverables of a DOL nursing grant within a large healthcare system. Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.
