Job Description
Project Live, Inc. is a non profit mental health organization in Essex County providing services to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. We currently seek a full time Clinical Director to coordinate and supervise all daily activity for a group home of individuals with co-occurring disorders. Establish staffing patterns and supervise staff by evaluating and monitoring job performance. Provide crisis intervention services. Assist with facilities management. Ensure that all clinical documentation is completed in accordance with agency, state and federal procedures. Provide 24 hour on call service as needed for emergencies. MA in psychology (or related); Supervisory experience required. Benefits package includes health and dental insurance that includes family coverage. Tuition reimbursement after 6 months of employment. Generous paid time off with and employer 403b match of 6%.
