Join the team at Mohawk Meadows Rehabilitation & Nursing Center , a well-established skilled nursing facility in Lafayette, NJ. We're looking for an organized, detail-driven Central Supply Coordinator & Patient Scheduler to keep our clinical teams stocked and our residents' appointments running smoothly. This is a key behind-the-scenes role with real impact on resident care — ideal for someone who thrives on logistics, follow-through, and working across departments. What you'll do: Manage central supply inventory: order, receive, stock, and track medical supplies to ensure units never run short Monitor par levels and usage, control costs, and reduce waste Schedule and coordinate resident appointments, specialist visits, diagnostics, and medical transportation Communicate schedules clearly with nursing, families, providers, and transport vendors Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards Partner with clinical and administrative staff to keep daily operations seamless What we're looking for: Strong organizational and multitasking skills Comfort with scheduling systems and basic computer tools Prior experience in a healthcare, long-term care, or administrative setting preferred A dependable, team-oriented professional who takes ownership
