Job Description

The Clinical Director at Woodmont Treatment Center oversees the facility's clinical and programming operations, ensuring the delivery of top-tier, evidence-based care to all clients. This leadership position involves managing a diverse team of professionals, offering guidance and supervision to clinical staff, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. The Clinical Director plays a vital role in developing, implementing, and evaluating treatment programming, while also monitoring clinical outcomes and fostering an environment of support and collaboration for both staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and oversee day-to-day clinical and programming operations, ensuring strict adherence to established protocols and care standards Manage and support clinical and behavioral tech staff by providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high-quality care Ensure full compliance with relevant regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and payor mandates Oversee the prompt and professional resolution of client concerns Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the quality and safety of client care Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to assess client needs and improve service delivery Monitor clinical outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and implement quality improvement initiatives Foster a culture of open communication, collaboration, and accountability between departments to ensure coordinated, holistic client care Stay current on advancements in healthcare management and treatment practices, integrating relevant innovations into the organization
