Long-Term Job Description Responsibilities Serve as the primary corporate/regional management liaison for the contract Provide operational oversight for healthcare services at the Adult Correctional Center and Juvenile Detention Center Monitor staffing, performance, compliance, quality, and contract deliverables Conduct facility visits and operational performance reviews Coordinate with County representatives and facility leadership Support recruitment, retention, training, and corrective action activities Ensure corporate resources are available to support successful contract performance Assist facility leadership with operational and staffing challenges
Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred Appropriate professional license/certification, if required by assigned duties Healthcare operations/management experience required, preferably in correctional or institutional healthcare settings
Preferred Qualifications:
Correctional healthcare management Adult and/or juvenile detention experience Multi-facility operational oversight Healthcare compliance and quality NCCHC standards ACA standards/accreditation Medical, behavioral health, nursing, and/or dental operations Government/county correctional healthcare contracts Contract management Healthcare program implementation and transition.
