Office Coordinator - Medical Staff Administration Paramus, NJ On-Site $28-30/
HR Office Coordinator Overview:
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Office Coordinator to support the Medical Staff Administration department at a healthcare facility in Paramus, NJ. This position will provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support, assist with medical staff communications and departmental projects, and help ensure administrative functions are completed accurately and efficiently. Office Coordinator Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support within Medical Staff Administration Coordinate and support medical staff communications Assist with administrative assignments, departmental projects, and special functions from start to completion Maintain and work with documentation related to Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, and applicable standards and regulations Support departmental processes related to The Joint Commission (TJC) standards and applicable state regulations Assist with credentialing and privileging activities as needed Maintain accurate records and documentation Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail Perform additional administrative and departmental duties as assigned Office Coordinator Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher Previous clerical or administrative experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and Microsoft Publisher Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Credentialing and privileging experience is preferred, but not required Medical Staff Administration or healthcare administrative experience Knowledge of medical terminology Experience with credentialing software
