Medical Aesthetics Sales & Patient Coordinator Location:
Plainfield, NJ Job Type:
Full-time, In Person Compensation:
$20-$25 per hour, based on experience, plus commission
Benefits:
11 PTO days plus additional benefits
Schedule:
Five days per week, including Saturdays About the Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated Medical Aesthetics Sales & Patient Coordinator for a growing aesthetics practice in Plainfield, NJ. This is not a traditional receptionist position . While the role includes front-desk and patient-coordination responsibilities, a major focus of the position is sales, patient conversion, follow-up, rebooking, and revenue growth . The right candidate is comfortable discussing aesthetic treatments, building relationships with prospective and existing patients, identifying opportunities, overcoming objections, following up consistently, and converting patient interest into booked treatments. Candidates with previous experience in a medical spa, plastic surgery practice, cosmetic dermatology practice, or similar aesthetics environment are strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Convert incoming inquiries and prospective patients into consultations and booked treatments Follow up consistently with leads, consultations, and patients who have not yet scheduled Discuss aesthetic treatments, services, packages, and promotions with confidence Identify appropriate opportunities to recommend additional treatments and services Rebook existing patients and support long-term patient retention Help drive monthly practice revenue through proactive sales and follow-up Track leads and maintain organized follow-up activity Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and schedule appointments Greet and check in patients while providing a polished, high-level patient experience Manage appointment scheduling and front-desk workflow Collect payments and support normal front-office administrative responsibilities Work closely with providers and practice leadership to create a seamless patient experience What We're Looking For Previous medical aesthetics sales experience strongly preferred Experience in a med spa, plastic surgery, cosmetic dermatology, or related elective/cosmetic practice strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to sell, close, follow up, and build relationships Comfortable discussing pricing and asking for the sale Strong telephone and in-person communication skills Persistent and organized with lead follow-up Professional, polished, personable, and confident Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with revenue expectations Strong organizational and front-office skills Able to work Saturdays as part of the regular five-day workweek Compensation & Benefits $20-$25 per hour, based on experience Plus commission 11 days of paid time off (PTO) Additional benefits This position offers additional earning potential through commission while giving the successful candidate a direct role in the continued growth of the practice. Important This position is best suited for someone who considers themselves a sales professional within the medical aesthetics industry , not someone seeking a traditional receptionist-only position.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
