Job Description
My Therapy Connection™, is looking for a full-time licensed clinical supervisor who is looking to grow your career alongside an amazing team in an expanding private group practice where we care about YOU and YOUR journey! My Therapy Connection™ is a private mental health practice who believes in giving the highest quality of care to our clients. Our practice desires professional therapists who want to work in a practice that embodies a family atmosphere and has faith-centered principles, which are to love, accept, and serve each clinician and client who chooses to be a part of our practice. We are currently expanding and now seeking additional experienced, licensed counselors/therapists/supervisors. Currently, we are accepting cover letters and resumes for: Any ACS or AAMFT approved supervisor who also has LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist). Current license with at least 5 years of outpatient mental health experience. A willingness to work with couples and children/teens is preferred. Willingness to work some days after hours (Weekday 3-9 or Saturday 9-4) Pay is $75/hr to start Full time therapists accept a caseload of up to 25 clients and supervise up to 6 therapists. This role will be a dual role as a therapist and clinical supervisor. The candidate must be willing to work in a clinical supervisory and caseload carrying capacity. Care for caseload includes providing mental health outpatient counseling and completing all required documentation to keep clients' and supervisees records updated according to legal/ethical guidelines of the profession.
