Job Description
Hearthline Home Care LLC is a newly established non-medical home care agency preparing to serve clients throughout Bergen County, NJ. We are seeking an experienced New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as our Health Care Practitioner Supervisor/Nursing Supervisor and help support the agency through launch and ongoing operations. This is a flexible, part-time position with an important role in establishing Hearthline's clinical and compliance foundation. Responsibilities Serve as Hearthline's Health Care Practitioner Supervisor/Nursing Supervisor. Review the agency's policies, procedures, plans of care, assessment forms and related clinical documentation, and provide RN review/sign-off where required. Assist with clinical and compliance requirements during the agency's registration and launch. Conduct or oversee required client assessments and plans of care. Provide required supervision of CHHAs and conduct supervisory visits. Review and update plans of care and clinical documentation as required. Provide guidance to caregivers regarding client-specific needs. Support quality assurance and ongoing compliance with applicable New Jersey home-care requirements. Work closely with Hearthline leadership as the agency grows. Required Qualifications Current, unrestricted New Jersey RN license in good standing. Must meet New Jersey requirements to serve as a Health Care Practitioner Supervisor. BSN with at least 2 years of qualifying public-health nursing/progressive professional responsibility OR RN with at least 3 years of qualifying public-health nursing/progressive professional responsibility. Home care, home health, community/public health or related supervisory experience preferred. CHHA supervisory experience preferred. Familiarity with New Jersey home-care regulations and documentation preferred. Reliable transportation for client visits as needed. Schedule & Pay Part-time and flexible. Initial hours will include startup activities such as policy/document review and launch preparation. Following launch, hours will vary based on client census and supervisory needs. $50
