428858SR Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized Medical Administrator to support a clinical team with the tracking and maintenance of employee credentials and compliance documentation. This is a temporary, onsite position ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with clinical professionals, and proficient in Excel and SharePoint. Responsibilities Manage and track credentialing documentation for nursing staff. Monitor RN licenses and expiration/renewal dates. Track driver's licenses, vehicle registrations, auto insurance, and professional liability documentation. Maintain records of diplomas and other required education documentation. Track CPR/BLS certifications and renewal dates. Maintain accurate credentialing records using Excel and SharePoint . Follow up with clinical team members regarding missing, incomplete, or expiring documentation. Organize and maintain electronic files and records. Communicate professionally with nurses and other members of the clinical team. Assist with additional administrative and compliance-related tasks as needed. Qualifications Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills required. Experience using SharePoint strongly preferred. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain accurate records. Comfortable communicating directly with clinical professionals. Previous experience with credentialing, healthcare administration, compliance, HR, or medical office support is preferred.
