Omni Health Services is currently seeking a Clinical Site Supervisor to supervise its Outpatient Program in Vineland, NJ. Salary is negotiable This position is directly responsible for the clinical oversight of the agency, to include planning, implementation, and evaluation of treatment services provided.

Responsibilities Include :

Supervise mental health services staff, including on-going instruction in agency policy and procedures, training, clinical practices and laws and regulations. Assist in development and revision of agency policies and procedures. Responsible for the clinical operation and supervision of an assigned site, and/or group of therapists. The Clinical Supervisor delivers clinical services to clients as well. The Clinical Supervisor also collaborates with the site Office Manager for efficient and effective site operation and coordination of services.

Job Requirements:

Masters in Clinical Psychology/Masters in Social Work. At least five years Full time paid Post-Master's mental health experience working with children, adolescents or adults, and at least 2 years of supervisory experience.

MUST BE FULLY LICENSED IN NJ.
