This is a role with real impact. The person in this seat directly shapes patient outcomes. Every appointment you fill is a patient who gets the care they need, on time. What You'll Do Proactively fill and manage the daily and weekly schedule to hit production and utilization goals Follow up persistently and cheerfully with patients who need to schedule, reschedule, or complete treatment, using phone, text, and email Work closely with the clinical team to balance the hygiene and doctor schedules, keeping both running at strong production Track and reduce cancellations, no shows, and gaps in the schedule Reach out to and reactivate patients who have fallen off their recommended care schedule Communicate the value of scheduled treatment in a way that motivates patients to commit and follow through Monitor daily production numbers and adjust scheduling strategy in real time to hit targets Who You Are Goal oriented and persistent. You track numbers, you chase them, and rejection just makes you more determined Outgoing, upbeat, and positive. Patients and teammates love talking with you Mission driven. You understand that a full schedule means more patients getting care that improves their health Organized and detail oriented, able to manage a busy, moving calendar with ease Comfortable with metrics and production numbers, and energized rather than intimidated by them Bilingual in English and Spanish, required Prior experience in a dental or medical scheduling or front desk role is a plus, but not required if you bring drive and strong people skills Why This Role Matters Every patient you get in the chair is a patient closer to a healthier smile, a healthier body, or a problem caught early.
