Westfield Pediatric Dental Group is looking for a warm, organized, and patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team in Westfield, NJ! In this role, you'll be the friendly face and voice that families trust as they navigate their child's dental care journey. Greet and check in patients and families, ensuring a welcoming and positive front office experience Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software Verify dental insurance eligibility and process claims, authorizations, and billing inquiries Collect co-pays, process payments, and maintain accurate patient account records Communicate treatment plans and financial options clearly to parents and guardians Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the office Respond to phone, email, and portal inquiries in a timely and professional mannerRequirements:
1+ years of experience in a dental front office setting preferred Familiarity with dental insurance verification, billing, and claims processing Proficiency with dental practice management software (CareStack, OpenDental preferred) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and families Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor at all times High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or healthcare certification a plusAbout Us:
