Job Summary:

The clinical supervisor is responsible for clinical and administrative oversight of the programs assigned. Clinical supervisor will conduct individual supervision for assigned staff, review documentation for non-independently licensed staff, provide coaching and guidance on implementing effective interventions, support community service workers with potential crisis or staffing needs, coordinate with other supervisors in facilitating clinical group supervision, and participate in quality improvement and operational meetings.

Knowledge of various modes of psychotherapy and evidence-based practices, especially crisis intervention and short-term models using individual, group, and familial approaches. Job Requirements:

Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a behavioral health related field. Current New Mexico independent license in the field of counseling, social work, psychology or marriage and family therapy. Have a minimum of one year supervisory experience
