Key Responsibilities Strategic Outreach & Growth Build and maintain strategic relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, acute care sites, post-acute care facilities, and EMS/fire agencies. Collaborate with hospital leadership, Physician Practice Services (PPS), and ACO teams to plan and execute service line growth strategies. Establish monthly, quarterly, and annual outreach objectives, maintaining strategic partner rosters and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Utilize data analysis to provide actionable insights to regional and hospital leadership regarding provider preferences, service line trends, and market expansion. Operational & Stakeholder Engagement Document provider interactions, feedback, and operational barriers promptly in the Provider Relationship Management (PRM) system. Partner with Medical Staff Development and Recruitment to support seamless onboarding and engagement of new providers. Support EMS and Transfer Center events, including educational symposiums, EMS Week activities, and annual surveys. Align strategies and share best practices with Regional and Market Directors of Provider Relations. Departmental Leadership & Compliance Manage, mentor, and schedule departmental staff to ensure optimal performance and effective resource allocation. Oversee departmental budgeting, cost control, technology implementation, and policy development. Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance, quality control practices, and accreditation standards. Perform staff role duties when necessary, maintaining all established operational competencies.
Qualifications Required:
Education /
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field OR seven (7) or more years of direct medical experience in lieu of a degree.
Field Experience:
3-5 years of closely related experience in healthcare provider relations, clinical outreach, or hospital marketing.
Work Authorization:
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without present or future immigration sponsorship.
Preferred:
Advanced Degree:
Master's Degree preferred.
Leadership:
3-5 years of previous clinical or healthcare leadership experience.
Industry Background:
Strategic marketing or outreach experience within an acute care hospital environment.
Clinical Credentials:
RN, EMT, Paramedic, or PTA license/certification preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong expertise in cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and time management. Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, healthcare software, and PRM systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels.
