The Perioperative Clinical Resource Lead, in conjunction with the Perioperative Services Managers, analyzes and plans for financial viability and oversees the financial and supply chain management for the Perioperative Department to ensure efficient, cost effective and high-quality patient care.

Required Qualifications:
Associate's degree in health care, finance, accounting or related field; or equivalent experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills Self-motivation and accountability
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in perioperative or surgical services is highly preferred Knowledge of charge reconciliation, supply chain, procurement, capital planning processes and contracts.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Coordinates with surgeons, clinical staff, finance, supply chain, and IT to optimize workflows Monitors charge reconciliation, revenue, reimbursement, and departmental expenditures. Manages inventory, contracts, vendor relations, and procurement processes Leads Capital Expense and New Product/Value Analysis processes. Champions product standardization Coordinates equipment trials and supports business cases for new acquisitions. Participates in supply chain projects related logistics Each caregiver is responsible for implementing SJRMC's Service Standards into their daily work
