The Clinic Lead is responsible for supporting providers and staff, ensuring efficient clinic workflows, maintaining exceptional patient service, and fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment. This position serves as a leader within the clinic by promoting accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence. Essential Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality service. Supervise, coach, and support front and back office staff. Assist with onboarding and training new employees. Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing guidance and feedback. Coordinate provider schedules and clinic coverage. Address patient concerns professionally and help resolve service-related issues. Ensure compliance with company policies, HIPAA, OSHA, and other applicable regulations. Assist with inventory management and ordering of clinic supplies. Maintain accurate documentation and reports as requested. Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Support special projects and other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a medical office or healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of medical office operations and patient scheduling. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
