We're seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented professional to manage front desk operations and create a welcoming, efficient experience for every patient. Key Responsibilities Greet patients and manage front desk flow (in-person + phone) Schedule and register patients in EMR Verify insurance and obtain authorizations Collect payments and maintain accurate records Coordinate schedules and support clinical staff Manage documentation (referrals, Plans of Care, re-evals) Qualifications Medical front desk experience preferred Knowledge of insurance verification/authorizations EMR experience Strong communication and multitasking skills
