The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in medical office management, healthcare administration, and team supervision. This role requires a proactive leader capable of managing financial aspects, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and fostering a patient-centered environment. As Practice Administrator, you will be instrumental in streamlining clinic workflows, optimizing staff performance, and maintaining high standards of patient care and operational efficiency.
Job Description:
The Practice Administrator is responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring operational excellence, financial stability, regulatory compliance, employee engagement, and outstanding patient experiences. This leadership role oversees multiple departments and works closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and staff to support strategic growth and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of two office locations
  • Manage and support the workforce of 60+ onsite employees as well as offsite employees, including physicians, APPs, RNs, Medical Assistants, Technicians, Medical Billers, and Administrative Staff.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor operational processes to improve efficiency, patient care, and overall business performance.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, an all-applicable healthcare regulation.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, communication, accountability, and professional development.
  • Manage fiscal operations, budgeting, financial reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly operational and financial reports.
  • Monitor inventory levels and oversee purchasing and vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with partners, leadership, and physicians to support practice growth initiatives.
  • Lead operational projects.
  • Drive patient satisfaction initiatives and proactively address operational challenges.
Qualifications:
Education :
Bachelor degree required. Master in business or healthcare administration preferred.
  • Minimum for 3 years of healthcare management experience
  • Strong knowledge of medical practice operations, financial management and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Salary:
Based on education and experience.
