Starting at $96,096.00 per year The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Responsibilities:

Ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements for self and within Conducts hiring, training, directing, development and evaluating of Identifies and resolves issues affecting the delivery of patient care services for the assigned unit(s). Develops and implements policies and procedures to guarantee efficient and effective delivery of health services in a unit. Monitors and adheres to Approves or monitors expenditures, purchases and other actions to ensure compliance with budget guidelines.

Complexity of Work:

Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment.

Required Credential(s): BLS Provider obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer Registered Nurse credentialed from the New York Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
