Your impact We're looking for an experienced and collaborative Project Director who thrives when people are in sync and projects are running not just on time but within budget. Based at our client's project site in Chicago, IL you'll be responsible for managing a project team working alongside Owner's staff, you'll be responsible not only for the overall project delivery, but also for the management of the project development from conception through completion in accordance with program objectives. You'll manage and provide project leadership, management and oversight of the large healthcare project(s) and resolve complex project related issues, disputes, and disagreements. As the onsite Program Director, you'll be responsible for ensuring not only the progress and technical performance of the project, but also the material management, schedule, cost, scope, and safety of the team. Here's what you'll need Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture or commensurate experience 15+ years of project manager experience including Owner's Rep, design phase, construction management of large healthcare and/or Life Science building programs of $100 million or more Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building Ability to work onsite during the week at client site.
Ideally, You'll Also Have:
Experience with Procore and/or other project/construction management software platforms Certified Construction Manager (CCM), CM-Lean, DBIA Professional, Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license/certification preferred #EastPMCM #NorthPMCM #LI-SD2

And certain roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, performance discretionary bonus, and stock. The base salary range for this position is $150,000.00 to $200,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
