Position Overview Under supervision, handles patient telephone calls relating to self-pay accounts and document the patient's account accordingly for any action taken or requested. Demonstrates a thorough understanding of accepted billing and payment mechanisms. Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of the process of billing, claims processing and receivable follow-up.
