Catholic Health is seeking an experienced Administrator to provide executive leadership and operational oversight for our Assisted Living, Enriched Housing, and Independent Living programs . This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors while leading high-performing teams and ensuring exceptional resident care and service. Position Summary The Administrator is directly accountable for the overall operation of the facility and is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. This leader will oversee and coordinate the activities of all departments, drive operational excellence, support quality resident care, and promote the health and well-being of the community. The Administrator will provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for the Enriched Housing, Assisted Living, and Independent Living programs while supporting Catholic Health's mission, vision, and core values. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight for all facility operations, departments, programs, and services. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including federal, state, and local standards. Develop, implement, and evaluate operational plans, policies, and procedures. Lead strategic planning initiatives and performance improvement efforts. Oversee financial operations, budgeting, and resource allocation. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, accountability, and resident-centered care. Partner with clinical and operational leaders to enhance quality outcomes and resident satisfaction. Maintain productive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, community partners, and regulatory agencies. Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities for administrative, clinical, and support staff. Support emergency preparedness efforts and serve as a key leader during emergency situations. QualificationsEducation Bachelor's degree in a health-related field from an accredited college or university required. Master's degree preferred. Valid New York State Driver's License required. Experience Minimum of three (3) years of healthcare leadership experience with demonstrated success in: Strategic planning Fiscal and budget oversight Operational management Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Assisted Living, or Enriched Housing setting preferred. New York State Nursing Home Administrator License preferred. Must be eligible for approval by the New York State Department of Health to serve as an Administrator. Preferred Knowledge & Skills Knowledge of the needs of clinically complex, medical sub-acute, orthopedic, long-term care, assisted living, and independent living populations. Strong understanding of healthcare operations, including federal and New York State regulations. Knowledge of Assisted Living and Enriched Housing regulatory and life safety requirements. Proven ability to oversee multiple departments, priorities, and initiatives simultaneously. Strong financial management, performance improvement, and organizational skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated success leading teams in complex healthcare environments. Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
