Clinical Coordinator (Residential) - LCSW Buffalo, NY $69,000-$78,000 If you're an LCSW who enjoys mentoring clinicians, building strong treatment plans, and making an impact with youth in residential care , this could be a great next step. In this role, you'll partner with the Clinical Director to help guide the clinical direction of a residential treatment program. You'll support therapists, lead therapeutic programming, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and help ensure clients receive high-quality, trauma-informed care.
