Full-Time Shift 1 Job Description Responsible for the complete oversight of all Erie clinical services within assigned areas, specialty nursing, and rehabilitation services. Also responsible for ensuring interdisciplinary collaboration as well as the development and direction of new clinical service lines. Responsibilities include leadership and direction of clinical operations, service delivery and patient quality and engagement outcomes along with financial performance. Also oversees supportive clinical services including but not limited to scheduling, Telehealth, Wound, Palliative Care and Flu/Immunization programs, Care Management and any other departments as assigned. Success will be measured in key domains: clinical outcomes; patient, physician and employee satisfaction and engagement; efficiency and financial performance. Responsibility also includes collaboration with agency/system leadership and management to integrate services within the broader Kaleida Health as well as anticipating need in the development of new clinical services. Education And Credentials BS

•Bachelor of Science in Nursing required. MA

•Masters in related field preferred. One of the following required upon hired; Occupational Therapist, Registered Nurse. Experience 3 years of experience in managing in health care and in a homecare setting required.
