Job Description

Under the general direction of the AVP of the Behavioral Health and OASAS Clinics, the Clinical Administrator will provide clinical and administrative supervision to clinicians to ensure integrated care and best practice standards for clients. Full Time (37.5 hours per week) Tuesday-Friday 12:30pm-9pm/ Saturday 9am-4:30pm (4 days onsite/1 day remote) Minimum 5 year's experience in the behavioral health and substance abuse field. Knowledge of OMH Article 31 and OASAS Article 32 regulations. Job Responsibilities Provide supervision to clinical staff, including conducting case reviews, supporting high risk case monitoring, and incident reporting. Review and approve clinical documentation in 10e11, ensuring appropriate and timely documentation. Follow up and address any outstanding issues. Ensure compliance in accordance with all regulatory requirements, including OMH, OASAS, Medicaid, Medicare, Joint Commission, Justice Center, and HIPAA. Ensure all recommendations received from the Clinic Quality Assurance/Utilization Review Committee are followed and implemented in a timely manner. Maintains ongoing record keeping of clinical supervision logs and tracking of supervision hours. Monitor and evaluate clinical staff performance, providing regular feedback and addressing any patient care concerns. Complete and conduct performance evaluations for clinical staff in collaboration with leadership. Perform all other duties as indicated by Chief Clinical Officer and AVP of Behavioral Health and OASAS Services.
Qualifications:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Mental Health Counselor in NYS (No limited permits) . Minimum 5 years of experience in behavioral health and substance use treatment. Strong knowledge of OMH Article 31 and OASAS Article 32 regulations . Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and handle confidential information with discretion.
