Administrator/ Regional Administrator Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Case Management to lead and oversee our case management program. The Director will provide strategic leadership to the case management team, ensure high-quality patient/client care, and promote effective coordination of services across clinical and community-based settings. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership, supervision, and direction to the Case Management department. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for case management services. Oversee care coordination, discharge planning, utilization management, and transitions of care. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, clinical teams, payers, and community organizations. Monitor quality, outcomes, compliance, and patient/client satisfaction. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce barriers to care, and enhance continuity of services. Develop staff through training, coaching, performance management, and professional development. Track departmental performance metrics and prepare reports for senior leadership. Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards. Participate in strategic planning and interdisciplinary initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred. Current professional license or relevant certification, as applicable. Minimum of 2 years of case management or care coordination experience. Previous supervisory or management experience required. Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, utilization management, discharge planning, and community resources. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
