Dietary Director Fredonia Place is seeking an experienced and compassionate Dietary Director to join our team at our Fredonia facility.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday with weekends as needed

Job Pay:

Starting amount based on experience The Dietary Director oversees all aspects of the dining department in our assisted senior living community. Responsibilities include the planning, directing and supervising of operations and personnel. The DDIs also responsible for providing superior service and quality meals while meeting the nutritional needs of the residents. Ensuring DOH regulations, procedures and company guidelines are followed and practiced by all dining personnel. DD and his/her team are responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen with satisfactory surveys.

Qualifications:

Associate's degree or higher in food service Experience with DOH regulations and surveys 5 years of scheduling experience Previous Experience has a Dietary Director required. previous cooking experience, food handling and kitchen safety experience required. Ability to remain within budget. Previous ordering experience required. 5 Years + of Management Experience Previous experience in a healthcare setting required. Computer skills required.
