As the Case Manager, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through: Develop and conduct an intake with each new client that includes an assessment of needed supports and services, available resources, and a plan for implementation. Provide referrals and linkages with other agencies as appropriate. Support clients in implementing plans of action. Provide advocacy for clients applying for services, including entitlement benefits, housing, legal proceedings, and other types of assistance. Make clients aware of Crime Victim Compensation through the Office of Victim Services and to assist clients in applying for benefits

8:30AM to 4:00

PM Qualifications:
